Sub-Processor Registry

Cyber Learning Hub uses a limited number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help deliver our Services. Each sub-processor is contractually required to protect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

We will update this page whenever we add or remove a sub-processor. If you would like to be notified of changes, contact us.

Data Processing Details

Stripe

Stripe processes payment card data, billing names and email addresses on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Resend

Resend delivers transactional emails such as magic-link logins, onboarding confirmations and certificate notifications. It processes recipient email addresses and names.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides hosting (Pages & Workers), database storage (D1), content delivery and DDoS protection. It processes IP addresses, HTTP request metadata and all application data stored in our D1 database.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised website usage data including page views, browser type and approximate location. Analytics cookies are only set after you grant consent via our cookie banner.
